Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Every order is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely.

Orders are typically dispatched within two weeks of purchase.

If you require an item sooner, please contact me before, or immediately after, placing your order and I'll always do my best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive confirmation together with any available tracking information.

Delivery

Maison de Celia ships within the United Kingdom and internationally.

If shipping isn't available to your destination at checkout, please get in touch and I'll be happy to discuss the available delivery options where possible.

Customers purchasing furniture or oversized pieces are responsible for ensuring that items can be safely delivered into their property. Please check doorways, staircases, lifts and access before ordering.

Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are determined by the destination country's customs authorities and are outside the control of Maison de Celia.

During Transit

Every order is packed with great care before leaving Maison de Celia.

Once your parcel has been collected by the courier, delivery is managed by the shipping provider. While I'll always assist where possible should an issue arise, Maison de Celia cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by couriers, customs procedures, severe weather or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Returns

Due to the unique nature of antique and vintage pieces, all sales are final.

Please take time to review all photographs, descriptions and dimensions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about an item's condition, provenance or measurements, I'd be delighted to provide additional information or photographs before you place your order.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Condition

Every antique and vintage object is unique.

Signs of age, gentle wear, historical repairs, colour variation and natural patina are expected characteristics and form part of the beauty and authenticity of each piece. These should not be considered faults.

I make every effort to describe and photograph each item as accurately as possible, and any significant condition issues will always be noted within the listing.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please retain all packaging and contact me as soon as possible with photographs of both the packaging and the item.

I'll work with you to resolve the issue with the courier as quickly as possible.
